Octagon Roundup
RIOC's hearing Thursday night, December 12, on the environmental
impact of the planned Octagon Apartments project descended into
shouting matches between RIOC President Robert H. Ryan and some
of the residents who came to offer testimony. That
overshadowed some of the more substantive aspects of the
hearing.
